Now that the Christmas is starting to become a distant memory... It's that time of year again where wedding fairs take over everyone's Sundays!

The hen party experts here at Bistro Live are booked on to quite a few over the next couple of months and we'd love it if you'd come along and say Hi! (you never know, if you ask them nicely then I'm sure they'll arrange a cheeky discount!)

We'll be there, along with lots of other wedding suppliers. Not only are wedding shows a great excuse to go and indulge yourself with some wedding planning, you're guaranteed to have free cake samples, a giggle with whoever you decide to go with and the bonus is that it it set in a marquee in the stunning grounds of Osmaston Park!

What a great year so far!!

The wedding fayres are done, and WOW what an amazing impact that's had! All round the midlands we've been talking to our hens and helping them get their plans together before the summer really hits.

Bistro Live, Rain or Shine!

It's that time of year again when April showers are approaching, but there's never a dim moment here :)

However, lets not talk about the glum weather because... Summer is on it's way!!!

For me when I think of summer, I think of dresses, cocktails and a lot of fun... Hmmm.. Sounds like Bistro Live!

For any of you who are sorting our those summer hen nights what more could you ask for? People waiting on you all night, a fresh 3-course meal, cocktails, decorations galore and dancing the whole night away.

Becki from Saturday night certainly had something to say about her hen night, ''Was such good fun, we are all talking about the next occasion we can come for!!!''

Once again this goes to show our customer service skills are FLAWLESS!

 

We are a finalist in the Leicester Mercury Business awards! Wooohooo!

 

I think it's pretty safe to say, we are going to to smash the rest of this year, so help us do that and more!

Wedding fairs with Bistro Live

What a fantastic weekend we have had here!

 

First of all we had Valentines day! I know we spent all week talking about our plans, whether we spent it with our partners or forgetting about 1 silly day in the year and having a night in with the girls!

 

Secondly we had another wedding fayre at Colwick Hall in Nottingham. You can always tell when someone's getting married because nothing stops them! Even with the typical English weather there was still a great turn out!

 

A beautiful venue, shoes, hair stylists, photo booths, a chocolate fountain and saving the best until last... US! What more could a bride-to-be want?

 

For any of you that are after some extra bits of advice and hen night idea's come and see us this weekend at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham!

So... It's almost Christmas and as much as you are all probably planning your presents and wondering when you are putting your tree up- Don't forget about your hen night!

 

After doing a wedding fayre last weekend at the Hind Hotel it made me realise that it's your last night of freedom so why leave it until last minute? We have had plenty of hens calling in the past few weeks- the office has been going mad with lots of brochure and plans for next year so lets get it moving!

 

We already have over 100 different hen parties booking within the first few months next year, so I think we should double it! Forget about treating everyone else... A hen night is the start of forever for you so make sure you do all you want to and start planning now!

We Won!

‘WE ONLY WENT AND WON THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD’!

Yes that’s right, we were over the moon to receive the Best Customer Service Award in front of 1500 UK Business Owners at the ICC in Birmingham last month.

The occasion was the National Entrepreneurs Convention and Best Customer Service was the most popular category. With so many amazing businesses there, we really didn’t expect to win!

 

"Caught on the hop - we would have thrown our glad rags on had we have known!"

Fred, Mark and I were a bit giddy after winning and wanted to let you know how proud we are of our Party Planners, chefs, management teams and front of house staff.

Hen Season is in Full Swing!

So we are mid-way through our hen season at Bistro Live and the glum weather here is NOT stopping us this weekend!

 

With 44 hen parties walking through our doors this weekend we have our chef's slaving away and pink hen decorations coming from every direction.

 

It's obvious we have got it down to a T, just look what one of our hens said from last week!
